It's the perfect place to live the local life; foreigners are rarely seen and receive a warm welcome from the Spanish villagers. The friendly owners live in the adjacent villa and are well willing to help you plan a day trip. You can take shelter from the midday sun under the vine-covered patio with a built-in barbecue. The private pool is in front of the villa of the owners but not used by them.

The villa is simply and comfortably furnished in a rustic style. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with an open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a bathroom on this floor with shower over a small tub, WC and wash basin. On the first floor you'll find 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Both twin bedrooms have a sofa-bed for an additional person (with extra charge). There is a full bathroom on this floor, equipped with over bath shower, WC, bidet, and basin. Air conditioning is provided.
